Europe’s stocks rose on Friday as oil and gas producers led the main indices higher for a third consecutive day.
The FTSE Eurofirst 300 was up 0.6 per cent to 1,022.91 and the CAC 40 in Paris rose 0.3 per cent to 3,895.60. The Xetra Dax in Frankfurt advanced 0.6 per cent to 5,866.21 after slipping 0.4 per cent on Thursday.
