CSX grants two seats to dissidents

CHICAGO, Sept 16 - Railroad group CSX Corp said it would give two board seats to members nominated by dissident shareholders as a court ruling ended a nearly year-long proxy fight with two hedge funds.

The company said it had invited Christopher Hohn and Timothy O’Toole to join its board immediately, succeeding William Richardson and Frank Royal.
