What next, now that Murdoch has won the prize?

Marcus Brauchli, the Wall Street Journal’s managing editor, told the newspaper’s staff on Wednesday that “it is too early to know how or even whether News Corp ownership might alter priorities or structures at Dow Jones”.

Inevitably, there is already speculation about what Mr Murdoch will do with his new prize, which he is hoping to be able to call his own before the end of the year.
