Transparency group fears for staff in Bosnia

Transparency International has appealed for outside protection in the Serb-run part of Bosnia where some of the corruption watchdog’s local representatives have been accused of racketeering, by officials.

The dispute first flared up a year ago when Berlin-based TI accused Milorad Dodik, the Serb republic’s prime minister, of misusing privatisation funds to the tune of hundreds of millions of euros.
