“On Monday mornings in the BA lounge at Heathrow, you sometimes see loads of colleagues about to fly off to their clients overseas,” says Rebecca Johansson, who joined management consultancy Booz & Company in 2004.
Now, 27-year-old Mrs Johansson is based mostly in London, but it was the opportunity to travel as well as the intellectual stimulation promised by working in strategic management consultancy that led her to Booz as a graduate recruit.
