Consumers: Reconnect with your customers

Many companies that are apparently in good health still face a restructuring challenge. They need to reconnect with customers, and resize their operations in anticipation of demand that looks set to be smaller – and different.

It’s a problem faced by business to consumer, and business to business operators alike. It is all about customers and markets. And it is not optional.
