It was one of the most brazen robberies of its kind in recent years, involving a stolen helicopter, explosives and heavily armed robbers winched onto the roof of a cash storage facility in Stockholm.

Swedish police were on Wednesday night hunting for the culprits of the spectacular pre-dawn raid, while G4S, the UK-based security group, was trying to establish exactly how much money was stolen from its depot.
