British Airways and Qantas have been fined by the Australian competition authorities for their roles in an international conspiracy to fix air cargo charges.

BA has also been fined both in the US and the UK for its role in a separate conspiracy with Virgin Atlantic to fix fuel surcharges on long-haul passenger fares.
