What Scotland hopes will be its next generation of business leaders has arrived in Boston to start an intensive, year-long international programme.

The 14 people are the first beneficiaries of the Saltire Fellowship, a programme that aims to give them the skills and entrepreneurial drive to transform Scottish companies into global businesses of scale.
