Thousands of South Korean truck drivers protested over rising fuel costs during a rally in central Seoul on Monday, adding to the domestic turmoil enveloping President Lee Myung-bak’s fledgling government.
The president’s office said that the cabinet would be reshuffled this week in response to the widespread unhappiness with the government’s economic, foreign and trade policies.
