Starbucks to test pupilson retail skills

Starbucks has developed a new qualification to equip young people with skills to work in retail which will be taught partly by employees of the coffee chain.

The Retail Upskills Programme will test school pupils on a range of tasks including how to handle customer complaints and manage variable costs.
