Social investment bank to assist charities

Sir Ronald Cohen, the venture capitalist who co-founded Apax Partners, will on Monday join financial and charity leaders to launch a social investment bank that will help charities access capital markets.

Social Finance will develop financial products for charities and advise them how to bridge the gap between charitable giving and commercial lending.
