Fearing that next week's referendum on a constitution for Europe will be a huge flop, Spain's Youth Council has launched Referendum Plus - the energy drink that moves you to vote.

The sugary beverage, packaged in a trendy black can, is being distributed at universities, libraries, cinemas and nightclubs, "as an antidote to laziness and political apathy".
