A fledgling British biotech company is to shift its headquarters to Belgium after its failure to find a UK investor drove it to raise funds from unusual European sources, including a university.
Apitope, a Bristol-based developer of peptide-based therapies for autoimmune diseases and allergies, will locate its head office in Diepenbeek after receiving financing of €10m from a group of Belgium and Luxembourg-based investors.
