Experian considers PriceGrabber sale

Experian, the world’s largest credit-checking company, is considering selling PriceGrabber, its online price comparison shopping service, after interest from trade and private equity groups.

The Dublin-based group said a review of the business was at an early stage and was intended to determine if PriceGrabber “fit within the Experian portfolio”.
