Swedish telco disconnects fraud hub

Swedish telecommunications firm TeliaSonera on Monday cut off from the internet what a team of security researchers said was a hotbed for online fraud based on leased servers in Latvia.

The company, Real Host, had rented a large range of internet addresses from a server provider in Riga called Junik, according to researchers including Andrew Martin and the pseudonymous Jart Armin.
