After the Berlin wall: Europe 20 years on 
World leaders on Monday called for a new spirit of co-operation in tackling the challenges of the 21st century, from climate change to poverty and economic turbulence, as they met in Berlin to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
