Chris Adams, Michael Peel and Nikki Tait interviewed Lord Goldsmith, the British attorney general. The interview was conducted at Lord Goldsmith’s offices in Whitehall, London.

Lord Goldsmith: I really would like for there to be a very clear message going out to the business community. The clear message is that no company is above the law. BAE [Systems] is not above the law. The SFO [Serious Fraud Office] is continuing with a number of investigations relating to BAE. I have made it clear to the SFO that they should vigorously pursue those investigations.
