Prada on Tuesday revealed the people who would assume top executive positions in a shake-up following the surprise departure of Ricardo Stilli, chief financial officer, last month.

Carlo Mazzi, who in the past worked for Sanpaolo IMI, the Italian bank, will join the board of the Italian fashion house and be in charge of finance, administration, legal, personnel and information technology.
