Peter Moizer, the newly-appointed dean of Leeds University Business School, is a pragmatist. As he takes over as boss of one of the UK’s newest business schools, his aspirations are clearly tempered by the realities of trying to build the reputation of the school in a rapidly changing market.
His aim is to make Leeds one of the top UK business schools by 2013 – in the same league as Manchester or Warwick. But he acknowledges this is no easy task.
