Coca-Cola earnings top forecast

Coca-Cola, the world’s largest soft drinks company, reported a 14 per cent in its third quarter earnings on Wednesday, as robust international growth again offset slowing US consumer demand.

Coke reported earnings of $1.89bn, or 81 cents per diluted share, as revenues rose 9 per cent to $8.4bn.
