CBOT sets $33-$36 range for IPO

The Chicago Board of Trade on Wednesday set an estimated price range of $33-$36 for its planned initial public offering as the second largest US futures exchange prepared to follow the Chicago Mercantile Exchange with a $150m share listing.

The price range implies a valuation for the CBOT of around $1.8bn.
