Shrimping industry pins its hopes on rebranding

A boatload of fresh shrimp has just arrived at Graham Fisheries in Bayou La Batre, Alabama, filling the air with the pungent smell of seafood.

The catch is wheeled into the processing facility in crates and fed on to a conveyor belt. Women wearing hairnets rip the head and tail from each creature, before tossing the edible part into ice-filled containers.
