Business chiefs offer Blair partnership on climate change

A group of senior busi-nessmen has urged Tony Blair to provide industry with stronger incentives to tackle climate change and set long-term targets on greenhouse gas reduction.

In a letter to the prime minister, the 14 executives offered "a partnership between business and the UK government" that would break what they identified as a Catch-22 situation.
