Indians feel best prepared to retire

Indians feel most prepared financially for their retirement and claim to have the greatest understanding of their long-term finances, according to a global survey on pensions and savings.

The proportion of Indians surveyed who felt very well prepared, at 42 per cent, far outstripped that of Britons who were second place at 25 per cent and the rest of the 15 countries surveyed, which produced a global average of just 13 per cent.
