Iran distances itself from N Korean crisis

Iran on Tuesday distanced its own nuclear dispute from the North Korean crisis, reiterating its claim that it opposes nuclear weapons.

While analysts abroad speculated that Tehran could be emboldened by North Korea’s defiance, comments from officials and the media put the emphasis on the different paths taken by the two countries.
