UK graduation rate slips against rival countries

The UK has lost its status as the one of the countries with the highest rates of graduation in the world, raising fears about the skills base on which its long-term economic growth depends.

Britain has slipped to a lowly 11th place in the graduation league tables, from third in 2000.
