Confidence returns to commercial property

Confidence has returned to the commercial property markets around the world, according to latest property survey from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Its members have become noticeably more upbeat in the third quarter in terms of the lettings and investment activity. In the UK, the net balance on capital values expectations is still in negative territory, although only marginally so, and there has been a noticeable increase in transaction activity.
