Mike Turner will go to his Christmas party this weekend. The 60-year-old retires as chief executive of BAE Systems on Friday and his executive team is taking him out for their traditional end-of-year dinner.

“We are having Christmas early,” says Mr Turner in his final interview before stepping down.
