BAA break-up threat clouds Stansted charges

The possible break-up of BAA’s monopoly over London airports has forced the Civil Aviation Authority to postpone making firm proposals for the charging regime for Stansted airport.

Instead, the CAA referred the issue on Tuesday to the Competition Commission, suggesting only a range of different options for setting prices at the airport.
