Wolseley loses two directors in bid to cut costs

Wolseley, the embattled building materials distributor, has followed up last week’s profits warning with a management reshuffle as it struggles to stay within its banking covenants.

Nigel Sibley, managing director of the UK and Irish business, is to be replaced by Rob Marchbank, a board director currently heading Wolseley’s European operations.
