The low point for Jon Olinto and Anthony Ackil had to be the night they dug through the refuse bins behind their favourite Boston diner in an attempt to figure out which secret ingredients made the burgers so delectable.
Four years later Mr Olinto and Mr Ackil (pictured below) can look back with amusement at their unconventional piece of market research (which, alas, yielded no culinary insights) as the owners of b.good, a growing chain of restaurants that features fast food with a healthy twist.
