In spite of acute Wii shortages across America and Europe, 2007 has been a rip-roaring year for Nintendo – a company that, just three years ago, was in danger of being relegated to the dustbin of complacent, underperforming Japanese firms.
The story of its revival has been due, in large part, to the vision of Satoru Iwata – the company’s 48-year-old president.
