Miliband accuses Russia of harassment

Britain accused Russia on Thursday of staining its international reputation by using “blatant intimidation” against staff of the British Council.

In unusually blunt terms, David Miliband, the foreign secretary, said Moscow’s “reprehensible” tactics against the British cultural body were reminiscent of the cold war and “not worthy of a great country”.
