German governance head to rebuild trust

Klaus-Peter Müller might have wished for a better moment to become Germany’s corporate governance supremo.

The supervisory board chairman of Commerzbank, the country’s second largest private sector bank, this month became chairman of the German Corporate Governance Code Commission.
