An Edinburgh-based start-up that hopes to challenge the structure of the financial services sector has got off to a faster start than expected.

Nucleus Financial Group was founded last year with a group of seven independent financial advisers to provide a "wrap" platform, which combines clients' investments into single manageable accounts.
