Lennar, the second largest US homebuilder by closings, reports earnings for the three months to the end of February and is expected to round out a fourth consecutive quarter of losses, writes Daniel Pimlott .
Last year the company lost $1.9bn as it struggled to sell homes, and was forced to take huge writedowns on land holdings and developments. Its stock price is down by about two-thirds in the past 12 months.
