Former Pace executive to face tribunal on market abuse claims

A former executive of Pace Micro Technology, which makes television set-top boxes, is expected to appear today in front of a tribunal that will look at allegations of market abuse, following an investigation by the Financial Services Authority.

The FSA is expected to set out its case against James Parker at the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal, which hears appeals by people or companies unhappy with decisions made by the financial watchdog.
