Confusion over Bhutto-Musharraf talks

Confusion over the status of former Pakistan prime minister Benazir Bhutto’s talks with General Pervez Musharraf, the military ruler, on a power-sharing deal emerged on Thursday.

Arriving for a second day of discussions with her party leadership in London, Ms Bhutto told reporters she expects a “reconciliation agreement” by the end of the day. Separately, a cabinet minister said that a power sharing deal was close.
