London 2012 organisers have pushed back the completion dates of the two main Olympics venues, it emerged on Wednesday, as MPs on Thursday express doubts about legacy plans, security costs and the funding package for the £1bn ($2bn) Olympic Village.

The main Olympic stadium is expected to be completed in April 2011, two months later than planned, even though construction work began two months early. Completion of the aquatics centre will take four months longer than originally forecast, finishing in August 2011. Fitting out Olympic venues will start while construction work is being completed.
