Scania aims for emerging markets

Scania outlined a plan to nearly double the number of commercial vehicles it sells to 150,000 by 2015, mostly by stepping up sales in emerging markets.

In addition to expanding in eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, Scania said it would boost sales by broadening its model range and increasing the tailoring of trucks it does for customers.
