Spanish business lobby warns on economy

Spain’s big businesses warned on Thursday that the economy was sinking rapidly into stagflation.

The Círculo de Empresarios, which represents big Spanish companies and foreign multinationals, also poured cold water on a €10bn ($16bn, £8bn) fiscal stimulus plan due to be unveiled on Friday by Pedro Solbes, finance minister.
