Temasek Holdings is planning to sell its stake in Bank Internasional Indonesia in the first big disposal by the Singapore state investment company of one of its overseas financial assets, Indonesia’s sixth-largest bank said on Monday.
Fullerton Financial Holdings, Temasek’s regional banking unit, holds 34 per cent of BII as part of a consortium including South Korea’s Kookmin Bank that bought a combined 51 per cent stake in 2003.
