Former Goldman Sachs banker Neil Chugani lasted just two-and-a-half years at BBC Worldwide as finance director before returning to the private sector - and the Murdoch fold. Mr Chugani is taking the job of finance director at Elisabeth Murdoch 's Shine production group.
He joined the BBC's commercial arm in October 2007 from Goldman Sachs where he worked from 2005 in corporate advisory. Before Goldman he worked at BSkyB for seven years, in various roles including corporate finance.
At the BBC, he oversaw deals such as the purchase of video and music publisher 2 entertain from the administrators of Woolworths.
