Fiona Fullerton, 50, was a successful actress for 30 years, starring in TV, theatre and films – notably in the James Bond film A View to a Kill (1985) and on TV in The Charmer. In 1994, she started investing in the buy-to-let property market. Fiona Fullerton’s Guide to Buying to Let was published in 2004.

Fiona also has a career as a writer and charity fundraiser, besides doing voice-overs for TV commercials. She has just launched the Property Woman of the Year Awards sponsored by Bradford & Bingley, which aims to find the most enterprising female investors in the country before next spring. For 13 years Fiona was a director of The Savoy Group.
