Booz Allen to outline plans for consulting arm

Booz Allen, which plans to split in two and sell a majority stake in its US government consulting arm to Carlyle Group, the private equity firm, is on Wednesday expected to flesh out a new structure that will govern its stand-alone corporate consulting business.

Booz Allen said last week that it would separate its increasingly regulated, corporate government consulting arm from its more fluid, partner-heavy management consulting business.
