Another broking outfit that is still hiring is Mint Partners. Peter Walsh , the former head of European equity derivatives at Icap, is going to start an equity derivatives business for Mint, where the founders Tim Bullman , Richard Barnett and Jamie Royston are now up to 110 employees after starting up in 2003.
