China’s Broad Group plans to build the world’s tallest skyscraper in just three months using prefabricated components and lightning-quick construction methods.

If built, the 220-storey Sky City will tower over the outskirts of Changsha at a height of 838 metres, 10 metres taller than the Burj Khalifa. But how does this building compare with others that have held the title of “World’s Tallest” since 1900?
