Vital antidote to conspiracy dross

Sir, Rosie Blau’s article on Dan Brown reminded me that there exists a parody of The Da Vinci Code (“High priest of conspiracy”, September 19). It is The Asti Spumante Code by Toby Clements, a splendid book and, unlike the original, intentionally funny.
