Firms still reliant on Royal Mail

Owners of the UK's smallest businesses are increasingly reliant on the postal service, in spite of concerns about the quality of the Royal Mail's service, according to research published by Postwatch the consumer watchdog.

Counter to the trend in the total UK postal market, most of the 1,000 sole traders and small businesses surveyed by Postwatch said mail volumes were either static or increasing.
